Ingredients:
3 cups lofo Pantry flour (or gluten free plain flout)
3 teaspoons baking powder
½ teaspoon baking soda
3 tablespoons caster sugar
1 x 330ml bottle of beer
Make it:
- Heat oven to 180° Celsius
- Sift flour, baking powder and baking soda into a large bowl. Stir through caster sugar.
- Make a well in the middle & pour in beer. Mix well with a wooden spoon.
- Pour batter into greased casserole pot or bread tin. Bake for 40 minutes or until golden.
