Low FODMAP Beer Bread

Now, for the intriguing twist – we’re spicing things up with a splash (bottle!) of low FODMAP beer! Yes, you read that correctly. I’ve uncovered the perfect way to elevate this recipe, ensuring that every bite is a celebration of taste without causing discomfort for those managing IBS.

Ingredients:

3 cups lofo Pantry flour (or gluten free plain flout)

3 teaspoons baking powder

½ teaspoon baking soda

3 tablespoons caster sugar

1 x 330ml bottle of beer

Make it:
  1. Heat oven to 180° Celsius
  2. Sift flour, baking powder and baking soda into a large bowl. Stir through caster sugar.
  3. Make a well in the middle & pour in beer. Mix well with a wooden spoon.
  4. Pour batter into greased casserole pot or bread tin. Bake for 40 minutes or until golden.
